摘要
在日益信息化的今天,网络舆论危机管理已成为社会危机管理的一个重要议题。危机管理重视沟通,沟通又离不开语用,故而语用与危机管理关系密切。为了发挥好语用在网络舆论危机管理中的效能,我们结合网络舆论危机的特点,围绕缓和矛盾、消解危机的管理目标,提出了六条语用策略,分别是:态度优先策略;分段结论策略;意见领袖策略;话语支援策略;适度示弱策略;模糊表达策略。这六条语用策略均有各自的功用与适用情境,共同服务于网络舆论危机管理。
In the era of information,network public opinion crisis management has become an important issue in the social crisis management. Communication cannot do without pragmatics,so there is a close relationship between pragm atics and crisism anagement. In order to get a good pragm atic effect in network public opinion crisis management,according to the characteristics of the crisis of network public opinion,around the goal of resolving conflicts and crisis,we put forward six pragmatic strategies which have their own effect and applicable circum stances.
