摘要
潮流转移引起的连锁跳闸是导致世界各国大停电的重要因素之一。以潮流转移过负荷识别的结果作为触发事件,提出一种基于本地信息的自适应过负荷保护方案,根据线路不同的过负荷状态采取不同的措施:对于保护区域内的故障,后备保护应在延时结束后快速动作断路器跳闸;对于潮流转移引起的过负荷,通过测量满足实时性要求的数据估计线路承受过负荷的最大能力,修改后备保护的动作时间整定值,为安全稳定控制系统争取时间。仿真结果验证了该方案的有效性。
Intertripping caused by flow transferring is an important factor to result in blackout in various countries. Taking result of overload recognition of flow transferring as triggering event,a kind of self-adaptive overload protection scheme based on local information was proposed. According to states of overloads on different lines,different measures were taken. For faults in protection zones,the backup protection should rapidly isolate the breaker tripping after time-delay finished. For overload caused by flow transferring,by measuring data evaluation line which could meet real-time requirement,it was able to bear the maximum capacity of overload,modify action time setting value of backup protection and buy time for secu-ring and stabilizing the control system. Simulation results verified effectiveness of this scheme.
