摘要
为满足高功率密度、高效率电源的要求,分析了MOSFET并联的静态均流与动态均流理论,采用移相全桥零电压开关(ZVS)技术,设计了基于MOSFET并联技术的电力通信电源。试验及实践表明,设计运行可靠、市场竞争力强。
The requirements of high power density and high efficiency were proposed with the development of power electronic technology in electric power system.The theory of static current sharing and dynamic current sharing for paralleled MOSFETs was analyzed.The technology of phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS was adopted.The electricity corresponding power sources were designed based on paralleled MOSFETs technology.The experimental results and practical application show that the design is reliable in operating and the market competitiveness is strong.
