摘要
欧元诞生15年来,无论从广度还是深度上而言,欧洲货币联盟内部的一体化进展可谓迅猛。作为欧元区专属货币政策机构的欧洲中央银行亦在不断进行调整,以应对变化所带来的挑战。本文从欧元区建立之后欧洲金融与货币一体化入手,分析欧洲中央银行机制变迁的缘由、具体表现及影响,以期深化和扩展对欧洲经济与货币联盟及其走向的认识。
In the 15 years after the introduction of the Euro,rapid progresses have been achieved as to the integration of the European Monetary Union in terms of both breadth and depth.As the exclusive monetary policy agency of the Eurozone,the European Central Bank keeps adjusting itself in order to meet the challenges from a series of changes.Starting with the financial and monetary integration process in the Eurozone,this paper reviews the reasons for,the performances of and the impacts brought about by the changes in the European Central Bank's mechanisms,with a view to deepen and expand the academic circle's understanding of the European Economic and Monetary Union as well as its prospect.
