摘要
目的：观察安经汤联合妈富隆治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法：以我院2013年4月~2014年10月收治的89例青春期功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组（44例）和对照组（45例）,两组患者均给予口服妈富隆治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加以自拟安经汤中药治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月经周期后对其临床疗效进行比较分析。结果：治疗后两组患者症状积分均较治疗前明显降低,观察组患者症状积分明显低于对照组,并且在出血停止时间以及治疗后月经期方面观察组患者均较对照组患者明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：安经汤联合妈富隆治疗青春期功血可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高临床痊愈率,并对出血停止时间以及治疗后月经期的调整均具有积极的作用。
Objective： To discuss the clinical efficacy of Anjing Decoction combined with marvelon for patients with adoles- cent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods ： To select 89cases of patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from April 2013to October 2014as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group （44cases） and controlled group （45cases）, two groups of patients were given oral treatment of marvelon, and the observation group of patients were given TCM treatment of Anjing Decoction, and comparatively analyzing the curative effect of the patients in the two groups after three menstrual cycles＇ treatment. Results ： The symptoms score of patients in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased, and the symptoms score of patients in the observation group were significantly reduced than that of the controlled group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The Anjing Decoction combined mar- velon for patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, increase the clinical cure rate, and is positive to stop bleeding time, and adjust menstrual period after the treatment.
