2020年是我国经济转型的最后"窗口期"。面对国际国内发展环境和条件的深刻变化,转型与改革的时间空间约束全面增强。准确研判经济转型升级大趋势,准确把握经济新常态,关键是要谋划、把握好2020年服务业主导的经济转型升级,力求取得决定性成果。
The year 2020 is the last window period for China＇s economic transformation. Against the backdrop of profound changes in the external and internal environment, time and space constraints on transformation and reform are markedly tigh- tened. The key to correctly estimate the general trends of economic transformation and upgrading, and grasp the characteristics of the economic new normal is making decisive progress in pushing forward the service-led economic transformation and upgrading in 2020.
