摘要 探讨清梳联除尘系统设计运行节能问题。通过介绍清梳联除尘系统的组成及作用、设备排风躺点,从除尘系统划分、管网设计、除尘设备选择等方面阐述了清梳联除尘系统节能设计的要点。提出了除尘系统节能运行的方法与建议。认为:在合理设计的基础上,对清梳联除尘系统进行系统整定和调整,在保证工艺生产要求的前提下,可节约10%~15%的主风机能耗,节能效果明显。 Blowing-carding dust removal system and its running energy saving problems were discussed. Key points of blowing-carding dust removal system and energy saving design were explained by introducing the com- ponents and function of blowing-carding dust removal system together withproperties of equipment air exhaust from aspects of dust removal system partition, design of pipe system, dust removal equipment selection and so on. Dust removal system running methods and suggestions were put forward. It is considered that the energy con- sumption of main fan could be reduced about 10 % ~15% based on reasonable design by adjusting blowing-carding dust removal system under the condition of ensuring process and production demand. The energy saving effect is obvious.
