摘要
地面监测和控制系统是旋转导向钻井系统的关键组成部分,是整个系统的指挥中心。针对偏心位移控制式旋转导向钻井系统,论述了TMCS系统的总体设计、工作流程、系统设计及现场试验情况。TMCS系统的主要目的是验证旋转导向系统液压、机械、通信及供电系统的可行性和稳定性,主要由主控制器MCU、压力负脉冲接收解码模块、工具面角及井斜测量模块、井下导向机构信号采集模块及CAN总线数据通信模块构成,系统使用CAN总线技术进行数据通信及测试接口管理。现场试验结果表明,TMCS系统可以较好地进行信息测量、采集及传输。
The surface monitoring and control system is a key component of the rotary steerable drilling system and the command center of the whole system. For the eccentric displacement-controlled rotary steerable drilling system, the overall design of TMCS system, workflow, system design and field test are described. The TMCS system is mainly composed of the main controller MCU, negative pressure pulse receiver decoder module, tool face angle and inclination measurement module, downhole guide agency signal acquisition module and CAN bus data commu- nication module, and its main function is to verify the feasibility and stability of hydraulic, mechanical, communication and power supply system of rotary steerable system. The TMCS system uses CAN bus technology for data communications and testing interface management. Field test results show that the TMCS system did well in information measurement, acquisition and transmission.
