能量多普勒超声在肠系膜静脉血栓形成中的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨能量多普勒超声在诊断肠系膜静脉血栓形成中的临床价值.方法 回顾性分析8例肠系膜静脉血栓形成的超声声像图的特征表现及患者的临床表现.结果 8例肠系膜静脉管腔内可见中低回声团填充,探头加压管腔不变形,彩色血流信号消失或见线状彩色血流信号,有7例肠管扩张,肠壁增厚,肠腔内有积液,肠蠕动减慢.肠壁间静脉迂曲扩张,略呈串珠状改变,肝门静脉处的血流速度有所降低.结论 作为诊断肠系膜静脉血栓形成检查的首选,能量多普勒超声具有快速、高效、简便、无创性、无辐射以及可重复性好等特点,值得在临床上推广应用. Objective To investigate the clinical value of power Doppler ultrasound on the diagnosis of mesenteric venous thrombosis.Methods The characteristics and patients' clinical manifestation of eight cases of mesenteric venous thrombosis sonographic were retrospectively analyzed.Results Hypoechoic filling can be seen in bureaucratic of superior mesenteric in these 8 patients,as well as probe pressing.There were 7 cases of bowel dilatation,bowel wall thickening,intestine effusion,bowel movements slowing down.There was intestinal varices expansion,which slightly beaded bureaucratic deformation,color flow signals disappeared or linear color flow signals appear,blood flow velocity decreased in the hepatic portal vein,changes happen in eight cases.Conclusions As the first choice of diagnosis of mesenteric venous thrombosis,power Doppler ultrasound is characterized by fast,efficient,simple,non-invasive,without radiation and with good repeatability,which is worthy of clinical application.
