摘要
为获取外部服务知识,服务型制造企业经常使用不同的服务知识获取模式以满足客户需求和适应外部环境。不同服务知识获取模式会对企业服务创新绩效产生不同影响,该过程受到企业信息处理能力的调控。通过相关文献梳理,给出3种服务知识获取模式:共同解决问题、服务技术购买和外部信息获取。提出变量间理论命题,以信息处理能力为调节变量,建立服务知识获取模式对企业服务创新绩效影响模型,并给出相关结论。研究结果能够为我国服务型制造企业服务创新奠定一定理论基础。
To source external service knowledge ,service‐embedded manufacturing in the service area use various sourcing modes simultaneously suitable for their internal needs or external environments .The effects of service knowledge sourcing on service innovation may vary depending on the sourcing modes ,and this process will be influenced by information pro‐cessing capability .On the basis of the related literature ,the study identifies three service know ledge sourcing modes :joint problem solving ,service technology purchasing ,and external information acquisition .We construct the theoretical hypot‐heses ,builds the concept model of the service knowledge sourcing modes and service innovation performance based on In‐formation processing capability of firms as a moderating variable .Finally ,we hope that the results will provide a new path for enterprises to gain lasting competitive advantages and lay the theoretical foundation for China's service‐embedded manu‐facturing enterprise service innovation .
