摘要
目的探究慢性胰腺炎(CP)患者生活质量的影响因素,目的是采取相应有效的干预措施来提高患者的生活质量。方法采用自编问卷、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和汉化版简明健康调查量表(SF-36)对60例CP患者的生活质量和影响因素进行调查研究,采用SPSS16.0软件、多元线性回归分析法进行统计学分析。结果 CP患者的生活质量普遍偏低。多元线性回归分析显示文化程度的高低、经济状况、患者对CP了解程度、社会支持评定量表得分高与慢性胰腺炎患者生活质量呈正相关,而不良的生活方式、年龄、病程与慢性胰腺炎患者生活质量呈负相关。结论慢性胰腺炎患者生活质量受多方面因素的影响。为此,改善生活方式、加强患者健康教育,提高社会支持度,从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective to explore the factors influencing the life quality of patients with chronic pancreatitis （CP） so as to take appropriate and effective interventions to improve their life quality. Methods： make investigations on the life quality of 60 patients with CP and the according influencing factors by employing self-made questionnaires, SSRS, and SF-36; make statistical analyses by using SPSS16.0 and multiple linear regression analysis. Results： the life quality of the patients with CP is generally low. The multiple linear regression analysis shows that the patients＇ education level, economic conditions, the/r understanding of CP, and their high scores in SSRS are positively correlated with their life quality. While the patients＇ unhealthy life style, their age and course of the disease are negatively associated with their life quality. Conclusion： the life quality of patients with CP is influenced by many factors. Therefore, to promote the patients＇ life quality, we should help to improve their lifestyles, strengthen health education among them, and enhance the social support.
