摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,肥胖的发生率也越来越高,肥胖是高血压、糖尿病等疾病的高危因素,体重指数(body BMI值和腰围成为衡量人们健康的重要标志;肥胖的发生机制和防止肥胖的方法和药物成为研究热点。随着人类基因组计划的完成,各种疾病相关基因陆续定位,单核苷酸图谱得以构建,使人们对疾病可以进行准确的基因诊断。本文搜集了国内外近年的肥胖相关基因、黑色素皮质激素第四受体基因、组胺相关基因和瘦素受体基因,分析这些基因突变与肥胖的关联,为肥胖的发病和治疗提供新的思路。 As people living standard rise, the incidence of obesity is becoming more and more high. Obesity is the risk factor of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes. The BMI and waist circumference become the important sign to measure people's health. The mechanism of obesity, the way and the drug to prevent obesity become a research hot spot. With the completion of human genome project, gene mapping in various diseases, and single nucleotide map to build, the disease could be accurately diagnosed by genetic diagnosis. In this article, the authors collected the gene closely related to obesity including FTO, MCAR, histamine related genes and leptin receptor gene at home and abroad in recent years. The association was analyzed between these gene mutations and obesity. A new train of thought for the pathogenesis and treatment of obesity is provided.
