摘要
目的 探讨麻角定喘消痰汤对哮喘发作患儿外周血中Toll样受体1(Toll-like receptors,TLR1)、TLR2、TLR4表达的影响及可能机制.方法 选择2012年1月~ 2014年6月期间80例哮喘发作患儿为研究对象.将80例哮喘患儿按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各40例.观察组:40例,给予麻角定喘消痰汤治疗;对照组:40例,给予常规治疗.检测受试者治疗前和治疗后TLR1、TLR2、TLR4、IL-6、TNF-α的表达情况.结果 与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组和对照组中性粒细胞、肥大细胞、巨噬细胞中TLR1、TLR2的表达增强(P<0.05),观察组TLR1、TLR2的表达强度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前和治疗后对照组TLR4的表达无显著差异,与治疗前及同期对照组比较,治疗后观察组TLR4的表达显著下调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前和治疗后,对照组患儿外周血中IL-6、TNF-α的表达无显著差异,与治疗前及同期对照组比较,治疗后观察组IL-6、TNF-α的表达明显下调,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 麻角定喘消痰汤可提高机体免疫调节能力,抑制患儿气道炎性反应和气道高反应性,最终控制哮喘的发作及进展.
Objective To study influence of Ma Kok Dingchuan Phlegm Decoction on TLR1,TLR2,TLR4 expression changes in peripheral blood of pediatric asthma and its possible mechanism. Methods From January 2012 to June 2014,80 cases of children with asthma were selected as the research object. 80 cases of children with asthma according to random number table method were randomly divided into observation group and control group( n = 40). Observation group: 40 cases were given Ma Kok Dingchuan Phlegm Decoction; control group: 40 cases were given routine therapy. Expression of TLR1,TLR2 and TLR4,IL-16,TNF-α before and after treatment were tested. Results Expression of TLR1,TLR2 enhanced after treatment in neutrophils,mast cells,macrophages,compared with before treatmen( P〈 0. 05). Expression of TLR1,TLR2 were higher than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). Expression of TLR4 in control group before and after treatment had no significant difference. Expression of TLR4 was significantly lower after treatment,compared with before treatment and at the same time in control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). Expression of IL-6,TNF-α in control group in peripheral blood in children before and after treatment had no significant difference,but expression of IL-6,TNF-α in observation group were significantly lowered after treatment,compared with before treatment and the same period in control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈 0. 01). Conclusion Ma Kok Dingchuan Phlegm Decoction could improve immune adjustment ability,inhibit airway inflammatory reaction and improve reactivity of children,and ultimately control the onset and progress of asthma.
