摘要
为使建筑行业从业人员更好的理解和应用新版工程量清单计价规范中平整场地工程量计算规则,通过工程实例,采用对比分析的方法,全面分析地下室采光井、阳台形式在新旧清单计价规范计算规则中对平整场地清单工程量及清单计价的影响。分析表明:有落地凹阳台情况下,两种清单计价规范中平整场地清单工程量及清单单价相等;有不落地阳台,2013清单计价规范中平整场地工程量比2008清单计价规范中的大,清单单价低;有地下室采光井、落地凸阳台、落地半凸半凹阳台情况下,2013清单规范中的平整场地工程量比2008清单规范中的小,清单单价高。
In order to enhance the employed person in building industry to understand and apply the calculation rules of leveling of ground in the new edition code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works, the method ofcontrastive analysis is applied in the engineering project and the influence of basement areaway and balcony form on the list of projects about leveling of ground and bill of quantities between the old and new version specifications is presented It shows that the list of projects about leveling of ground and bill of quantities are equal with the two kinds of bill price norms in the case of landing concave balcony. In the case of without landing balcony, the list of projects about leveling of ground is larger and the list of unit price is lower in 2013 code than the 2008 code. In We case of basement areaway, landing convex balcony and half landing concave balcony, the list of projects about leveling of ground is lower and the list of unit price is larger in 2013 code than the 2008 code.
