是否合并糖尿病脑梗死患者临床资料分析

摘要 目的分析脑梗死是否合并糖尿病患者血糖、血脂、血尿酸、脑梗类型和疗效之间的差异,并探讨其防治措施。方法应用相应统计方法对比分析具有可比性的40例糖尿病脑梗死和50例非糖尿病脑梗死患者的血糖、血脂、血尿酸、脑梗类型和疗效之间的差异。结果两组患者血脂、血尿酸、脑梗死类型、疗效的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01),糖尿病合并脑梗死患者的病情较重,疗效较差。结论应做好糖尿病患者并发脑梗死的预防工作,对现症患者应采取积极控制血糖、血压、血脂、血尿酸等危险因素和适当的抗凝、抗血小板治疗等措施,以改善患者预后,提高患者生活质量。
