摘要
目的探讨胰岛素联合二甲双胍片用于治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法将94例T2DM患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例。对照组应用30/70混合重组人胰岛素注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合二甲双胍片治疗,比较两组的疗效。结果治疗后两组的FPG、2 h PG及Hb Alc水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后MAGE均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组无不良反应,与对照组的10.64%比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素联合二甲双胍片用于治疗T2DM可提高血糖控制效果,减少不良反应,疗效显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin combined with metformin tablets for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 94 T2DM patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 47 cases in each group. The control group received 30/70 mixture recombinant human insulin injection treatment, the observation group received mefformin tablets treatment on the basis of the treatment given to the control group. And the efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG, 2hPG and HbAlc of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）; and there were no significant differences between the two groups （P〉0.05）; the MAGE of both groups decreased significantly after treatment, and MAGE of the observation group was significantly lower than that the control group （P〈 0.05）; there were no adverse reactions occurred in the observation group, but the incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 10.64%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Insulin combined with metformin tablets has significant effect on T2DM, which can improve the effect of glycemic control and reduce adverse reactions, so it is worthy of promotion and application.
