摘要
党的十八大提出生态文明建设的发展新理念,要求全面落实经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设五位一体总体布局。生态文明建设需要廉洁的政治体系作保障,廉政建设也需要生态文明发展的支撑,生态文明建设与廉政建设在发展过程中形成契合。实现生态文明发展与廉政建设契合的合理路径,首先需要构建以廉政建设为保证的生态文明发展环境,其次是使生态文明的理念在廉政建设过程中得到有效渗透,从而使生态文明建设和廉政建设形成合力促进社会的全面发展。
The 18t h National Congress of the CPC puts forward a new development concept of the construction of ecological civilization, which calls for a comprehensive implementation of an overall layout which integrates economic, political, cultural, social and ideological civilization construction. The construction of ideological civilization requires the safeguard of a clean po-litical system. Meanwhile, anti-corruption construction needs the support of ecological civilization development. The two corre-sponds with each other during the process of development. To find out a proper path to unite the two, we should first construct an atmosphere of ideological civilization development with the guarantee of anti-corruption construction. Then, we should let the concept of ideological civilization effectively penetrate into the course of anti-corruption construction. In this way, the two forces can unite together so as to promote the overall social development.
