摘要
在交流调速系统中,对电机三相电流的采集是必不可少的,采用相电流重构技术可简化系统结构、降低成本和提高运行稳定性。提出了一种相电流重构方法,在低、中调制区域下采用一种PWM波移相方法,扩大了电流重构算法的使用范围,在高调制区域下采用电压矢量近似法,实现了SVPWM线性调制范围内的三相电流重构。仿真实验结果表明该方法应用在交流调速系统中进行相电流重构检测是可行的,电流检测精度满足系统控制的需要,有实用价值。
Three phase currents are essential to the AC drives control system, the technology of phase current reconstruction can simplify the system's structure, reduce the costs and improve the system stability. A method of phase current reconstruction was proposed, which translated PWM waveform at low or medium modulation to improve the using range of current reconstruction algorithm and adopted voltage vector approximation at high modulation to realize three-phase currents reconstruction in the range of linear modulation of SVPWM. The simulation and experimental results show that it is effective for AC drives to detect phase current whose accuracy can meet the needs of system control and has practical value.
