摘要
通过对"双满意理论"的分析研究得出一定程度上医务人员满意度直接影响患者的满意度,并指出针对新医改实施后,基层医务人员和患者满意度总体上仍然不高的问题。通过提升基层医务人员满意度来使患者满意度得到提升的路径主要包括:基层医务人员自身素质的提升,政府政策导向和财政投入的保证,社会舆论的合理引导和共同关注,基层医疗机构自身建设。
According to the ＂ double satisfaction theory＂, the medical staff satisfaction is correlated with the patient satisfaction. After the implementation of new medical reform, the grassroots medical staff and patient satisfaction have been improved, but the overall satisfaction was not high. The paths of ~rassroots medical staff satisfaction to improve patient satisfaction include ： improving their own quality of the grassroots medical staff, guiding the government policy and financial investment, guiding the social public opinion and common concern, the self con- struction of grassroots medical institutions.
