摘要
现代中医治疗糖尿病肾病多采用中西医结合的方法,西药在降糖、降压、调脂等方面疗效好,起效快,重在治标;中药则在调整整体功能,提高生理活性和免疫功能、应激能力,调节物质代谢等诸多方面具有独特的功能,重在治本。二者互补不足,标本兼治,相得益彰。但目前对DN中医辨证分型与西医分期尚无规范的标准,处于临床摸索试验阶段,客观疗效评价有区别,故其中仍存在不少问题,有待今后利用先进的科学理念、方法和手段进行深入研究。
Diabetic nephropathy （DN） is commonly treated by integrative Chinese anti Western medicine in modem TCM treat- ment. Western medicine has good effects of lowering sugar and pressure and regulating lipid, which is of quick efficacy and mainly to treat the manifestations of the disease,while Chinese medicine has unique effect in regulating general function, promoting physi- ological activity and imnmnity,anti-stress capacity,and regulating material metabolism, which is mainly to treat the root eanse of the disease. These two therapies complement and bring out the best in each other to treat both the symptoms and root cause. How- ever,there lacks standards for the TCM syndrome patterns of DN and stages divided in western medicine. It is at the clinical ex- ploring and experimental stage and the objective efficaey evaluation methods differ from each other. Therefore,lots of problems still exist and need further study via advanced scientific ideas, methods and means.
