摘要
目的:探讨皮内针疗法的适宜病症,以期指导临床实践。方法:采用回顾性期刊文献系列研究,检索中国知网中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据库3个数据库有关皮内针疗法的所有临床研究文献(时间不限,检索至2013年5月)。结果:统计皮内针治疗疾病的文献频次、病例总数,运用临床流行病学和循证医学的原则和方法对文献进行分类分级,按照现代针灸临床病谱对疾病进行分类,检出有效文献290篇,共计病例19 582例,共涉及15大类系统,166个病种。结论:皮内针疗法的适宜病症广泛,特别是对颈椎病、肩周炎、腰椎间盘突出症、近视、痤疮、扁平疣、失眠、痛经、遗尿、呃逆、哮喘、面肌痉挛、偏头痛、胆石症、便秘、减肥有明显治疗优势。
Objective：To discuss the indications of intradermal acupuncture therapy for guiding the clinical practice. Methods：Se- ries Research of Retrospective periodicals was adopted. All clinical research literature about intradermal acupuncture therapy were retrieved in CNKI,CQVIP and Wanfang Database （from no time limit to May of 2013 ）. Resuhs：The literature frequency, total number of cases related with intradermal acupuncture for treating disease were found out. All the literature got classified and gra- ded with the principle and method of clinical epidemiology and evidence-based medic, ine. And the diseases were classified accord- ing to modern clinical disease spectrum treated by acupuncture. Thus,290 effective literature, and a total of 19582 cases were re- trieved,involving 15 major types of systems and 166 diseases categories. Conclusiou：Intradermal acupuncture Therapy is adaptable to a wide range of diseases and symptoms,especially has obvious treatment advantages in cervical spondyhlopathy,scapulohmneral periarthritis, lumbar disc herniation, prosopospasm, myopia, ache, verruca plana, insomnia, dysmenorrhea, enuresis, hiccup, asth- ma, prosopospasm, migraine, cholelitbiasis, constipation, and weight loss.
