摘要
目的:观察疏血通注射液防治老年髋部手术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法:选取在本院行髋部手术的老年患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组给予疏血通注射液预防下肢深静脉血栓,对照组给予低分子肝素钙预防下肢深静脉血栓,两组疗程均为10d。观察两组患者治疗前后血液流表学、血小板计数、凝血指标、血管内皮素(ET)的变化情况,记录患肢最大肿胀率、下肢深静脉血栓的发生率及手术切口引流量、出血倾向。结果:两组患者治疗后血液流表学、血小板计数、凝血指标、ET水平均优于治疗前、术后第1天(P均<0.05),但治疗后两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者患肢最大肿胀率和下肢深静脉血栓发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);观察组手术切口引流量和出血倾向明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏血通防治老年髋部手术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床疗效与低分子肝素钙无明显差别,但其安全性要优于低分子肝素钙。
Objective :To observe the clinical effect of Shuxuetong Injection on the prevention and treatment of senile leg deep ve- nous thrombosis (LDVT) after hip surgery. Methods :120 cases undergoing hip surgery in this hospital were randomized into ob- selwation group (60 cases) given Shuxuetong Injection to prevent LDVT and control group (60 cases) given low-molecular-weight heparin calcium to prevent LDVT, with l0 days as a treatment course for both groups. The changes of hemnrheology, blood platelet count, coagulation indicator, endothefin (ET) in both groups after the treatment were observed, and the maximum swelling rate, in- cidence of LDVT,drainage volume of surgical incision and bleeding tendency were recorded. Results :The levels of hemorheology, blood platelet count,coagulation indicator and ET in both groups alter treatment were better than those before treatment and one day after treatment (P 〈 0.05) ,but difference had no statistical significance between the two groups after the treatment (P 〉 0. 05). The drainage volume of surgical incision and bleeding tendency in observation group were greatly better than those in control group;the difference had statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion:There is no significant difference between the Shuxue- tong Injection and low-molecular-weight hepariu calcium in preventing and treating LDVT after hip surgery, but the safety of the former is better than that of the latter.
