摘要
目的:探讨温针治疗对肩关节周围炎的疗效。方法:选择我院2010年3月—2013年9月门诊接诊的140例肩关节周围炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,其中,观察组70例患者采用温针治疗,而对照组70例患者采用电针治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为95.72%,明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义,而且观察组患者的VAS评分和肩关节功能评分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善,组间差异具有统计学意义。结论:温针治疗对肩关节周围炎患者具有十分显著的疗效,可明显改善患者的临床不适症状,缓解患者肩部的疼痛程度,从而促进患者的肩关节功能的改善,提高患者的生活质量,有利于患者的预后恢复。
Objective ： To investigate the temperature needle therapy periarthritis effect. Methods ： Our hospital from March 2010 to September 2013 were treated 140 cases of periarthritis patients as research subjects, according to the random number table divided into observation group and control group in which 70 cases of the observation group were treated with warm acupuncture, while the control group 70 cases were treated with electro - acupuncture treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results ： After treatment, the total effective rate was observed in patients 95.72%, significantly higher than the patients, a statistically significant difference between the groups, but the patients in the observation group VAS score and shoulder function scores than the control group of patients there is a clear improved, a statistically significant difference between groups. Conclusion ： warm acupuncture treatment for periarthritis patients had a very significant effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, remission in patients with shoulder pain, thus improving the patient＇s shoulder function to promote and improve the quality of life of patients, prognosis of recovery in favor of the patients.
