摘要 阐述了一种一拖多空调器室内外机误接线检测技术,即将多个室内机与一台室外机连接后,开始检测程序,通过拨码,利用室外机控制各室内机电子膨胀阀的开度大小,使得一台室内机的电子膨胀阀的开度大于其它室内机电子膨胀阀的开度;测量各室内机的盘管传感器在一段时间的平均温度,并比较其是否满足判定条件以判定该室内机与室外机的连接情况是否正确;按照上述方法依次检测各室内机与室外机的连接情况。该技术根据拨码开关设定,使空调器系统能够自动检测各个系统的电源线、信号线的连接是否正确,无需人工检测。 A kind of wire connection check technique between indoor and outdoor machines in multi air condition system is presented in this paper. That is after connecting several indoor machines and one outdoor machine, start the check procedure and switch dial code. Use the outdoor machine to control the indoor machine EEV'opening so that one of the indoor machines EEV open bigger than others. Measure the average temperature of each indoor machine coil sensor over a period of time and compare them with judging criteria in order to judge whether the indoor machine and the outdoor machine is correctly connected. Then check other connections in turn. This technique makes the air conditioner system automatically check each system's power cord and signal wire connection according to the setting of dial code switch. So there is no need to detect artificially.
