摘要
目的:为了了解小花红景天的药用价值及促进开发应用。方法:以小花红景天为原料,用不同溶剂对比试验确定提取总黄酮的最佳溶剂为乙醇。在此基础上,用单因素法和正交试验考察以乙醇为抽提溶剂的小花红景天总黄酮的最佳抽提工艺条件。结果:实验确定最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度75%、提取温度70℃、料液比1:25、提取时间1h。结论:在确定的提取工艺条件下,黄酮类化合物得率为7.90%。
Floret rhodiola was used to be material. The effects of the different solvents on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated. The result showed that the optimal solvent be ethanol. Furthermore, single factor test and orthogonal test were applied to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids. The results defined that the optimal extraction process was as followed： 75% ethanol, extraction temperature 70℃, material to liquid 1 ： 25, extraction time 1 hour. The total flavonoids from Floret rhodiola were extracted as above, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 7.90%.
