摘要
针对T30 7生产技术的改进 ,研究选用国产的、与叔烷基伯胺结构相似的、特制的A伯胺、B叔胺代替进口的叔烷基伯胺 ,制备了硫磷酸酯磷酸复酯各种不同胺盐 ,并进行了各种单剂和齿轮油复剂的理化性能与极压抗磨性能评定。试验证明 :硫磷酸酯磷酸复酯B叔胺盐和叔烷基伯胺、A伯胺、B叔胺三混胺盐 ,性能均优于传统的T30 7,经小试 ,已形成生产力。新产品不仅性能好、立足于国内资源 。
Based on the improvement of T307,all kinds of amine sulfuric-phosphate diester were prepared by using domestic primary amine(A),ter-amine(B) instead of imported amines.The physicochemical properties and the EP antiwear performances of several single additives and packages in gear oil were evaluated.As a result,the performance of improved T307 was superior to original T307 and the production cost was decreased greatly.
