摘要
利用新疆中间基中性油和高碱性环烷酸钙为主要清净剂研制出DCA5 0 4 0船用汽缸油 ,经理化测试分析和Bolnes 3DNL 170 / 6 0 0HF三缸发动机试验 ,其性能与国外大石油公司同类船用油质量水平相当 。
By using the intermediate base oil from Xinjiang and overbased calcium naphthenate as the main detergent additive,DCA5040 marine cylinder oil is produced.The physicochemical test and Bolnes 3DNL 170/600 HF 3-cylinder engine test show that the performance of DCA5040 is equal to same kinds of foreign marine cylinder oil.DCA5040 could completely meet the demand for cylinder lubrication while the high-sulfur heavy fuel oil is used in large ocean marine.
