摘要
以忻州师范学院大一、大二体质弱势群体学生为研究对象,对其进行为期10周的健康跑实验研究。实验前后应用SCL90心理问卷进行心理分析。结果表明:健康跑使个体躯体化的适应性增强;强迫症状减弱;人际关系逐渐融洽;抑郁的情绪情感有所改变;焦虑的心情有所放松;敌对的思想、情感、行为逐渐减弱;对场所、社交以及人群的恐惧减少。此外,研究结果还表明,健康跑对体质弱势群体的偏执、精神病性等其他症状有作用但不明显。
The research focused on a 10--day health run experiment study of the vulnerable groups of the freshmen and the sophemore in XinZhou Teacher's College. Before and after the study, it was suggested to empoly the SCL 90 phychological questionnaire to make psychological analysis.It turned out that health run did great benefits to those vulnerable groups,for insatance,their adjustment of individual somatizaation improved; their obsessive symptoms abated; their interpersonal relationship gradually became hamonious; their depression emotion changed; their anxiety got relaxed; their hostile attitudes of thought, emtion or behavior grodually loosen and their fear of occasions, social community or crowds abated. Father, it also proved that health run also had somehing to do with the vulnerable groups'paranoid and mental disease though not apparent.
