摘要
社会主义新农村文化建设成为近年来学术界研究的热点。学者们从哲学、经济学等学科角度对社会主义新农村文化建设进行了解析,认为在社会主义新农村文化建设的内涵、特征、功能、意义、现状、对策等方面取得了不少成绩。并提出当前社会主义新农村文化建设还需强化思想认识,加强组织领导,建立以政府为主导、社会资本广泛参与的社会主义新农村文化建设资金运行机制,加强农村文化人才队伍建设,加强载体建设。
The cultural construction of new socialist countryside has become a hot topic of academic research in re- cent years. Scholars have interpreted it from the perspectives of philosophy, economics and other disciplines. This paper demonstrates a lot of achievements have been made in the connotation, characteristic, function, significance, status and countermeasures about the cultural construction of new socialist countryside. Moreover, it presents several points worthy of attention, such as improving ideological recognition, strengthening organization and leadership, building government-guided and social capital-involved fund operation mechanism in the cultural construction of new socialist countryside, enhancing the construction of rural cultural talents and strengthening carrier construction
