摘要
目的:探讨E光联合外用他克莫司软膏治疗红斑期酒渣鼻的疗效。方法:治疗组使用5次E光以及0.03%他克莫司软膏外用连续6周;对照组只外用使用0.03%的他克莫司连续6周。在治疗的第2、4、6、12周进行观察评分并记录不良反应。结果:治疗组治疗第2、4、6、12周后有效率分别为33.33%,86.67%、90.00%、93.33%,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);红斑积分在治疗第2周后即有明显降低(P<0.05),但对照组患者在停药后出现病情的反弹。19例(35.18%)患者在用药后1周内出现局部刺激症状。13例(43.33%)患者出现了短暂的面部红斑加重,持续冷敷后缓解。结论:E光联合他克莫司治疗红斑期酒渣鼻起效快、治愈率高、疗效稳定。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of ELOS combined with Tacrol-imus in treatment of Erythrotelangiectatic rosacea. Methods the treatment group wer-e treated with ELOS for 5 times and 0.03% Tacrolimus ointment for 6 weeks. the con-trol group were treated wit 0.03% Tacrolimus ointment for 6 weeks. After continues treatment for 2、4、6、12 weeks, we analyzed and compared the treatment effects of the two groups. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 33.33%,6.67%、90.00%、93.33%,respectively in 2, 4, 6,12 weeks after treatment. The effective rate in control group was significantly different than that in treatment group（ P〈0.05）.The score of erythema in group sign-ifcantly decreased in 2 weeks after treatment（ P〈0.05）.19 cases（35.18%） had burning and itching after using Tacrolimus in the first weeks treatment.13 cases（43.33%） were found the erythema expanded after the treat-ment of ELOS,but eased up quickly after continuous treatment of cold. Conclusion ELOS combined with Tacrolimus can make a significant improvements in treatment of Erythrotelangiectatic rosacea： work fast, make a high cure rate and have a stable effects.
