摘要
介绍了三氯生 [2 ,4,4′ -三氯 -2′ -羟基二苯醚 (HD -2 44 ) ]的 3种合成工艺 ,并就HD -2 44的产品质量标准、影响质量的因素及如何进行质量控制进行了论述和研究。研究表明 ,适应于工业化生产的是以 2 ,4-二氯苯酚和 3 ,5 -二氯硝基苯为原料的合成工艺 ,该工艺影响其产品质量的因素包括原料、中间产物纯度和生产工艺条件。对原料和中间产物进行分析是控制质量必不可少的步骤。在原料和中间产物质量满足生产要求并采用合适的工艺反应条件后 ,对生成产物进行精制也相当重要 。
The synthesis technology of trichlorson[2,4,4′,-trichloro-2′-hydroxydiphenylether(HD-244)]was introduced.Quality standard?quality effecting factors and how to control quality were dicussed and studied.The experiment results showed that synthesis method from 2,4-dichlorbenzophenol and 2,5-dichlornitrobenzen was suitable industrial production technology.The factors of effecting HD-244 s,quality included raw material?intermediates,quality and production technological conditions.Analysis of raw material and intermediates was absolutely necessary step on controlling product quality.After raw material?intermediates,quality met production demands and suitable technological reaction conditions was adopted,product s refinement was also very important,refined methods mainly lay in selection of extractants and adsorbents.
