摘要
目的:为了探讨情境体育教育在青少年生活事件态度心理应激、应对方式的效应。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表、应对方式问卷,对800名黄冈市在校青少年进行心理应激水平和应对方式进行评估。采用多元逐步回归法分析情境教学方法在青少年生活事件中人际关系、学习压力和受惩罚的效应作用。结果显示,情境教学方法对青少年生活事件态度的效应显著,特别是表演体会情境缓和人际关系非常显著(F=29.40,P<0.001);音乐渲染情境对学习压力的释放具有显著影响(F=30.76,P<0.001);实物演示情境对受惩罚的心理调整具有显著影响(F=30.93,P<0.001)。结论:情境体育教学在青少年生活事件态度上效应作用显著,能够减缓青少年生活事件心理应激,有利于青少年健康成长。
Objective:To investigate situation of sports education in adolescent life events attitude psychological stress and coping styles the effect of study.Methods:The adolescent life events scale,coping styles questionnaire,on 800 Huanggang school teenagers to evaluate the level of psychological stress and coping styles.Multiple stepwise regression analysis of situational teaching method is used in adolescent life events in interpersonal relationship,study pressure and effect of punishment.Results show that the situational teaching method the effect of attitude of adolescent life events,especially the performance experience situation easing interpersonal relationship is very significant(F=29.40,P〈0.001).Music rendering situation for the release of academic pressure has a significant impact on(F=30.76,P〈0.001).Visual illustration situation are punished for psychological adjustment has a significant impact on(F=30.93,P〈0.001).Conclusion:The situation of physical education in adolescent life events in attitude effect significantly,can reduce adolescent life events,psychological stress,is conducive to the healthy growth of teenagers.
