摘要 在聚氨酯胶料中掺杂稀土铝酸锶制备荧光防水透湿薄膜,采用离型纸转移层压工艺,和细旦尼丝纺基布贴合,开发荧光防水透湿特种防护面料。对基布和胶料的选择、制备和贴合工艺进行了详细介绍,并对所开发的产品进行了荧光、防水、透湿和物理性能的检测,结果表明开发的面料能满足防护服用要求。 In this paper, a new kind of protective fabric with lfuorescent water-proof and moisture-permeable properties is developed by laminating the lfuorescent water-proof and moisture-permeable PU iflm prepared by mixing rare-earth strontium aluminate into polyurethane adhesive with the ifne nylon substrate by way of transfer coating with release paper. The selection of the substrate and adhesive, the preparation of the iflm and the laminating process are introduced in details;the lfuorescent performance and the water-proof and moisture-permeable properties are tested. The test results show that the laminated fabric can meet the requirements for making protective clothes.
