摘要
自国内引进首台燃气轮机项目以来,压气机叶片清洗装置一直采用的是就地、手动控制。介绍了某型燃气轮机压气机叶片清洗装置的改型设计及远程控制的实现。随着用户的需求提高,要求在线清洗功能实现远程控制。在这种情况下,对压气机叶片清洗装置以及控制逻辑进行了改型设计,并应用到在建项目和后续项目中。
From first Gas-Steam Combined Cycle Power plant on, compressor blade washing devices always used local manual control method whether off-line and or on-line washing. This paper discusses the realization of remote control technology and optimizing design of a gas turbine compressor blade washing device. With increasing demand of customers, remote control function is asked to put into use during on-line washing. In this case, optimum design compressor blade washing device,then the modifiy device will be applied to constructing and follow-up projects.
