以“显性知识”构建“缄默知识”体系——以新闻评论教学为例 被引量:4

摘要 将缄默知识转化成显性知识的同时,应积极关注显性知识内化成缄默知识的过程和方法,在注重写作能力的新闻评论教学中更应如此。通过个性化的课程设置、情境化教学和案例教学的方法实现显性知识向缄默知识的转化,并最终成为学生知识体系的重要组成部分,直接或间接影响学生的实际写作能力,提高学生的写作水平是新闻评论教学改革的一个有效途径。 The process and methods of transforming explicit knowledge into tacit knowledge should be actively con-cerned about during the process of transforming the tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge,especially in News Commen-tary teaching which lay emphasis on writing ability. Method of personalized curriculum setting,situational teaching and case teaching is an important way to realize the transformation of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge in the teaching of News Commentary,which is also an important way to improve the writing ability of news commentary.
