摘要
通过对山茶籽油保湿润肤霜的配方筛选和制备工艺优化,优选出最佳水相组分和最佳油相组分,确定了以吐温-60为主乳化剂、单硬脂酸甘油酯和自乳化蜡GP200为辅助乳化剂的乳化体系,水相加入油相中,在70℃下高速乳化10min,60—90r/min下搅拌消泡30min,所制备的山茶籽油保湿润肤霜的霜体细腻,易涂布,易被皮肤吸收,护肤润肤性好、保湿效果明显,各项指标等均符合QB/T1857—2013润肤膏霜标准要求,并经三个月的稳定性试验验证。
Through the optimization of formulation and preparation process about mmstunzmg cream with camellia seed oil, the best aqueous phase components and oil phase components are found. With Tween-60 as the main emulsifier, glycerol monostearate and self-emulsifying wax GP200 as assistant emulsifier are determined. Water is added into the oil phase, and the operating conditions are high-speed emulsification at 70 ℃ and for 10 minutes with the stirring velocity of 60-90 r/min for 30 minutes. The Camellia Seed Oil Moisturizing Cream is fine, well distributed, easy to absorb, and it also has excellent functions in protecting and moisturizing the skin. Stability testing of the cream shows that its quality is consistent with the standard of QB/T 1857-2004. Due to the mild preparation conditions and simple process, the Moisturizing Cream of Camellia Seed Oil can be produced in industry using common cream cosmetics equipment.
