摘要
随着科技的发展,充填采矿在采矿中占的比例越来越大。为了更好地对膏体充填过程进行控制,实时监控物料的使用情况,准确计量充填材料的使用量,使操作员可以实时掌握膏体充填运行过程中物料的使用量以满足井下的要求,减少充填材料的浪费以减小煤矿的投资成本,应实时检测充填过程中管道内的膏体流量,实现对膏体充填过程中膏体流量的在线监控,以提高膏体充填过程的可控性。运用超声波检测实现了对膏体充填管道流量的在线检测。
With the development of science and technology, filling mining has accounted for an increasingly large proportion in mining. In order to control the paste filling process better, to real-time monitor material usage, accurately measure usage amount of the packing material, make the operator real-time grasp the usage amount of paste filling material of the operation process, meet the re-quirement of the underground and reduce the waste packing material to diminish the investment cost of coal mine, it is required that the paste flow in the pipe should be real-time detected and controlled in the filling process, to improve the controllability of the paste filling process. The ultrasonic testing was used to realize on-line detection of the paste filling pipe flow.
