随着市场化经营的不断深入开展,对医院政工工作要求更高了,但政工工作和队队伍呈现出缺岗的现象,制约了医院的快速和高效发展。本文就医院政工工作和队伍建设的现状、原因和改进建议进行认真的分析和探讨。
