摘要
产品设计过程中选择绿色材料是实现绿色设计的重要方法之一,基于材料的TPI值提出了材料有害效能因子的概念,并结合洗衣机法兰轴为例进行分析。采用TPI值方法定量的评估材料对环境及人体的有害性,建立材料的有害效能因子,结合实例说明了计算方法,给出了满足扭转强度的情况下材料的最小有害性,结果表明有害效能因子的在材料选择中有重要的参考作用。
Green material selection in the process of product design is an important method for green design. Material toxic performance index is presented based on TPI. Using TPI value to evaluate the toxic of materials on environment and human, the material toxic performance index is established, combining with example to illustrate the calculating method. The minimal toxic of material is given based on torsion strength. As shown in the case study, results show that toxic performance index has important reference in the selection of materials.
