摘要
为了解舍饲哈萨克羊分娩前后的行为变化,试验利用全天候摄像头对产房母羊分娩前第5天和分娩后第5天24h内的行为进行观察和记录。结果表明,舍饲哈萨克绵羊分娩前第5天昼夜24h中:采食200.00 min,占13.89%;反刍425.60 min,占29.55%;站立413.80min,占28.74%;静卧320.00min,占22.22%;饮水3.70min,占0.26%;排尿2.70min,占0.19%;睡眠74.20min,占5.15%。分娩后第5天昼夜24h中:采食243.75min,占16.93%,差异极显著;反刍449.63min,占31.22%;站立310.38min,占21.55%,差异极显著;静卧362.13min,占25.15%,差异极显著;饮水5.50min,占0.38%,差异显著;排尿3.00min,占0.21%,差异极显著;睡眠65.63min,占4.56%。与分娩前相比分娩后舍饲哈萨克羊的采食、静卧、排尿行为耗时极显著(P<0.01)提高,饮水时长也显著(P<0.05)延长,站立时间则极显著(P<0.01)缩短。而反刍与睡眠时长未达到显著水平。
To explore the varied behavior of Kazakh sheep ante and post partum, a 24-hour camera was set to observe and record the behavior of sheep the fifth day before and after the delivery. The results showed that in the first 24 hours ante partum, sheep spent 200min on ingestion, accounting for 13.89% 425.60 rain on ruminating, 29.55% ; standing for 413.80 min, 28.74% of tofal; reposing 320.00 rain, 22.22% drinking water,3.70 rain, accounted for 0.26% of the total time and urinating, 2.70 rain, for 0.19%and sleeping took 74. 20 min, 5. 15%. In the second 24 hours post partum, ingestion, 243. 75 min, accounted for 16.93% and ruminating, 449.63 min, for 31.22%; standing, 310. 38 min, covered 21.55% and reposing, 362.13 min, 25.15% drinking water took 5.50 min,0.38% and urinating 3.00 min, 0.21% and sleeping,65.63 rain, amounted to 4.56% Compared with data before delivery, ingest- ion, reposing, and urinating time significantly lengthened （P〈0.01）, drinking took longer time （P〈0.05）, standing time significantly shortened （P〈0.01） while ruminating and sleeping time was not in sig- nificant contrast.
