水分胁迫及复水对华北寒旱区甜菜生长及品质的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为明确华北寒旱区阶段性土壤水分胁迫对糖用甜菜生产的影响,在防雨棚内设置控水试验,监测不同生育时段缺水与复水条件下的甜菜生长、品质及产量效应。结果表明,不同时期水分胁迫甜菜产量较对照降低了7.44%~85.08%,复水后较对照降低了17.56%~49.75%;不同时期水分胁迫甜菜含糖率较对照提高了0.44%~5.47%,复水后较对照提高了0.82%~2.57%。增加耗水量极显著增加甜菜产量,且与块根含糖率间存在极显著负相关关系;甜菜产量与叶面积间呈极显著的线性正相关关系。不同时期水分胁迫明显抑制甜菜株高、叶面积及根粗的生长,复水后虽然较水分胁迫时有所增加,但与对照相比不能实现等量补偿,未现超补偿效应。因此,前期"增叶数促叶增大"、后期"保叶片保功能期"的"两增两保"田间水分调控技术措施可促进甜菜稳产高产。 In order to clear the effect of soil water stress in dfifferent stages on sugar beet production in cold and arid region of north China, water controlled experiments were performed to monitor growth, quality and yield of beet in rain shed. The results showed that, compared with the control, the beet yield of the water stress treatments reduced by 7.44%-85.08%, and the yield still reduced 17.56%-49.75% after rewatering sugar content increased by 0.44%-5.47% during water stress stage and 0.82%~2.57% af- ter rewatering. Water consumption increased the yield of sugar beet significantly, and had a significant negative correlation with sugar content. The sugar beet yield was remarkably correlated linearly with leaf area. Water stress in different period significantly inhibited the plant height, leaf area and root thick of the beet. Rewatered treatments could sustain and increase the plant height, leaf area and root thick, but could not supply the same amount of compensation compared to the control. Therefore, "increase the number of leaves and leaf area at early stage" and "protect the blade and function time at late stage" was the field moisture control technology measures to keep and improve the suuar beet yield.
