摘要
为了评价纸张材料在特定温度区间的整体隔热性能,提出了基于系统整体输入对应单一输出技术思想(MISO)的评价参数——温度因子;并据此建立了纸张材料隔热性能的评价模型.选取对隔热性能有需求的纸杯作为研究对象,依据模型分别计算了12种具有不同结构类型的纸杯样品在70—85℃区间内的温度因子.结果表明,温度因子的计算结果与实验结果实现较好吻合,验证了该模型的有效性.进一步的分析表明,温度因子的大小与纸张材料的厚度成正比关系.该模型可用于评价在400℃以下应用环境中纸张材料隔热性能,为不同隔热性能纸张材料的设计与选型提供指导.
Accurately evaluating thermal insulation performance of paper materials in a certain range of temperature is of significant interest to engineers. This paper proposed a parameter named temperature factor based on the multiple-input single-output (MISO) technical theory to establish a model to evaluate thermal insulation performance of paper materials. To verify the accuracy of this model, we select 12 types of paper cups with different structures to measure their thermal insulation performance and calculate corresponding temperature factor in the temperature ranging from 70℃ to 85℃.The results show that final computation results match the experimental results very well and temperature factor is proportional to the thickness of paper materials.This established model can be used to accurately evaluate thermal insulation performance of paper materials under 400℃, and provide guidance for the selection and design of paper materials to achieve desirable thermal insulation performance.
