摘要
生产规划是对每个产品族制定生产计划的过程,是企业从宏观计划层次向微观计划层次过渡的主要输入信息。文中介绍了在ERP环境下制造企业的四种生产计划方式,并阐述了面向订单生产和面向库存生产两种生产方式下企业生产规划的编制过程。
Production planning is the process of making a manufacturing plan for each product family, is also the main input information for enterprises to transit from macro program to micro program. This paper introduces four kinds of manufacturing planning methods for manufacturing enterprise under ERP environment, and expounds the establishment process of the enterprise production planning for enterprises which use make-to-order or make-to-stock.
