摘要
通过在玻璃绝缘子上配置不同的RTV涂层方式,模拟涂覆了RTV涂层的绝缘子表面各种憎水性分布情况,进行短时污秽耐受试验和人工污秽闪络试验,研究RTV涂层表面憎水性分布不均对其防污闪性能的影响。研究结果表明:当涂覆有RTV涂料的绝缘子表面憎水性分布不均时,其污闪电压严重下降。绝缘子下表面涂层的憎水性对绝缘子防污闪能力影响尤为显著。
Through installing different configuration ways of RTV (room temperature vulcanized silicon rubber) coatings on the glass insulators,simulates various hydrophobic distribution on the insulator surface with RTV coating. By short-time withstanding test and artificial pollution flashover test,researches the influence of RTV's uneven hydrophobic distribution on its pollution flashover resistance performance. The research result shows that the flashover voltage decline greatly when the hydrophobic distribute of coated insulator surface is uneven. especially the influence of hydrophobic distribution at undersurface of coated insulators on its pollution flashover resistance capacity is notable.
