摘要
根据多年的生物反应工程原理课程教学经验和对国内外教材和科研成果的研究,本文拟探讨课程新的知识点安排和讲课体系。有关要点包括:以归纳得出的生物反应动力学的基本定性性质为主线,展开对反应器操作方式和反应器型式的内容讲解、缩小-放大法和时间常数的控制机制分析的应用和相关工业案例的讨论、对生物反应器中底物浓度梯度与细胞生长与代谢特性之间的关系的分析、以能量密度和最小湍流漩涡长度的有关理论为基础的反应器传递特性的系统性分析等。
According to years of teaching experience at the course of bio-reaction engineering principles and the studies of the research materials and research achievements, we put forward a new arrangement for knowledge points and a lecture scheme. The key points include taking the qualitative properties of bio-reaction engineering as the main line of the lecture to interpret the principles of reactor types and op- erational modes, the applications of the scale-down method and the regime analysis based on the calcula- tion of time constants, the case studies of the scale-up of industrial bioreactors, the influences of the sub- strate concentration gradients on the growth and metabolism of cell, and the systematic analysis of the transport phenomena based on the theory relevant to the input energy density of bioreactor and the mini- mum length of the turbulent eddies, etc.
