摘要
对佳木斯4个公园主要园林树木根周土壤中植物寄生线虫进行调查发现,植物寄生线虫有14个属,其中优势属线虫6个,8种树木共有优势属均为Dolichorhynchus(长吻属)。同时,分析了植物寄生线虫优势属的分布。本研究提出了植物寄生线虫防治措施,为当地农林业植物寄生线虫防治奠定理论基础。
The plant parasitic nematodes in soil rhizosphere under main garden trees in four parks of Jiamusi were studied.14 genera including 6 dominant genera were founded in this study.The common dominant genus was Dolichorhynchus.The distribution of dominant genera of plant parasitic nematodes was also analyzed.The results provided nematode control methods for plant parasitic nematodes, also provided theoretical basis for nematode control of the parasitic nematodes in agriculture and forestry of local area.
