摘要
介绍了湖北大峪口化工公司制酸装置主风机蒸汽透平的故障及维修情况。根据故障现象,分析了蒸汽透平风机的故障原因及采取的维修方法。针对透平风机的故障和如何维修介绍了一些常见或不常见的故障形式和维修方法。经检修后,风机已稳定正常运行,再未出现振动值异常上升导致的跳车事故。
The fault and maintenance of steam turbine in the main fan of sulphuric acid plant in Hubei Yukou Chemical Co. , Ltd. are described. According to the symptoms, the reasons for the fault steam turbine fan and maintenance methods are analyzed. Some common or unusual fault and repair methods for failures of turbine fan and maintenance are described. After the maintenance, the fan has been running stably, with jumping accident caused by an abnormal rise of vibration values not appearing.
