摘要
目的：探讨手术室患者术中压疮的危险因素，并提出相应的护理对策。方法随机选取2012年1月—2014年1月收治的手术患者256例，根据Braden压疮危险评估表对患者进行术前评估，将所有患者分为压疮组和对照组，对比两组患者的临床资料，对压疮危险因素进行分析，并提出针对性护理对策。结果体质量、手术时间、术中出血量及Braden评分是压疮发生的危险因素。结论针对术中压疮发生的原因，采取合理的护理措施，有效地预防和减少了术中发生压疮的风险，具有十分积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the risk factors of patients with pressure ulcers caused in surgery operating room, and propose appropriate nursing strategy. Methods Randomly selected 256 cases in hospital during January 2012 to January 2014, according to Braden pressure ulcer risk assessment form for preoperative assessment, all the patients were divided into two groups：pressure ulcer group and control group. We compared clinical data of two groups, and analyzed the risk of pressure ulcer, and propose targeted nursing. Results Body mass index, operative time, amount of bleeding during operation, and Braden score were risk factors for the occurrence of pressure ulcers. Conclusions According to the reason of the pressure ulcer surgery, we should take reasonable care measures to effectively prevent and reduce the risk of pressure ulcers incidence with very positive clinical significance.
