在我国城市化建设中,民用建筑的修建占了很大一部分,而暖通空调作为人们日常生活中使用最广泛的电器之一,使得暖通工程的施工成为民用建筑施工中最为主要的一个部分。施工前要对施工图纸认真审查、核验,施工中要设置监理人员,对施工材料质量严格控制,对施工技术要点、细节、质量标准严格管控,并做好施工资料的收集与整理。
