工程建设成本控制具有复杂性,而且影响因素也较多,应强化工程项目成本管理的组织措施,利用技术加强对工程成本的控制,通过对费用控制来降低工程成本。
The construction cost control is complex, but also many factors, organizational measures should strengthen project cost management, the use of technology to enhance the project cost control, cost control by reducing engineering costs.
